We have implemented a workaround and are monitoring. Statement posting is now available while we work on a permanent fix.

Clients should limit requests to a maximum of 180 calls per minute, for example using exponential backoff retry policies.

Investigating

We are aware that the bankfeeds.xro/1.0/statements POST requests may be returning Rate-Limited (429) responses preventing posting of statements. Our team is investigating this with urgency.
